Bug Fixes:

1. Filter with card expiry conditions now filters the Subscribers table correctly. In addition, MM/yyyy and yyyy.MM formats are accepted as values for card expiry filter condition.
2. Tickets created via UBO are now synced to Visp.
3. IRM menu in the sidebar is now displayed based on the enabled modern user rights of the logged-in user.
