Bug Fixes:

1. Delete and Bill To options for an invoice item are now disabled, depending on invoice status, if “Edit Open Invoices/Quotes” or “Edit Closed Invoices user rights” are unchecked.
2. Invoice details are now displayed on viewing a selected invoice even with an Avalara error.
3. For multi-merchant ISPs, PaydUp is now detected as a merchant option on Add/Edit Card in Post Payment.
