Bug Fixes:
- Error on adding eCheck Account number is now fixed.
- Users are now able to bill tag-along items to a parent account.
- Prorate charge is now billable to parent without errors.
- Service Desk filtered count now displays consistently even when changing page numbers.
- Due date picker is now visible again in CUSTOM invoices
- Invoicing a package with a backdated bill start date is now restored.
- Billing new packages with same term no longer creates separate invoices.
- Service checkbox is now enabled when adding new package.
