Bug Fixes:

1. Optimization changes are now applied to the loading of the subscriber list.
2. Duplicate custom field names are now restricted.
3. NACHA files should now be generated consistently for auto-payments.
4. Subscriber auto-payments for NACHA merchant are now queued and posted consistently.
5. Upcoming invoice now considers billing cycle changes of a subscriber applied to the next invoice.
6. Timezone formatting no longer causes funky issues in setting invoice dates.
7. Consistent warning is now displayed after setting an invoice date later than its start term.
8. Service Contact details in the ticket can no longer be saved if required fields are missing.
9. Clicking on other areas of the ticket no longer crashes the app while a new task is still being added.
10. Unsaved ticket task comment is now reset on clicking the Restore button.
