Bug Fixes:

1. Adding of negative custom item to the credit memo items no longer displays a blank error.
2. Total Due amount of the invoice in Visp app is now consistent with the PDF view.
3. Optimization changes added in loading the Add New Subnet form in the IP Management settings.
4. Optimization changes and loading effect is now applied to the Devices area under subscriber internet devices.
5. Random offline status error on login is now fixed.
