Minor Improvement:

1. Custom Fields 1 to 4 are now available for Payments Received (Date Bound) and Payments Received 2 (Date Bound) reports. By default, these columns are hidden.

Bug Fixes:

1. Clicking on Other Item under the Credit Memo now displays the list of items that can be added.
2. Deleted subscribers option is now working correctly in the Billing History report.
3. If ISP has no merchant setup or no activated merchant, adding/updating cards and posting payments in vPortal are now disabled.
