Bug Fixes:
- Selecting custom ticket status on adding a ticket no longer changes it to Open once the ticket is created.
- For subscribers of ISPs with Stripe SCA enabled, entering a card in Pay My Bill is now removed and will have a link to the Payment Information page to prevent cards from not being added to their subscriber data.
