Bug Fixes:

1. Missing behavior is now added for hibernate and reactivate in vPortal based on the “Allow subscribers to hibernate/reactivate this package on Account Manager” option under the package settings.
2. Additional conditions are now added to prevent posting an eCheck payment without any eCheck details in vPortal.
3. Additional conditions are now added to prevent duplicate posting of an eCheck payment via vPortal.
4. History log is now added on adding a quote via BoM and the option selected on converting BoM quote to invoice on resolving a ticket.
5. In the Add Credit Memo, the description of a credit memo item can now be edited.
