Bug Fixes:

1. Tax is now calculated correctly to display the correct Totals amount in the subscriber invoice view in the Visp app.
2. null for Charge.item_desc error is now fixed on setting Avalara tax in the upcoming invoice.
3. Null code error is now fixed on viewing a credit memo with a missing item code in the list of credit memo items.
