Bug Fixes:

1. Bill lat and long are now used to set Avalara Tax if the billing address is undetected.
2. Tax error in QBO sync is now fixed.
3. Site error in generating snapshot for Usage Report is now fixed.
4. Active Scheduled count in Dashboard is now consistent with the Tickets reports where tickets of deleted subscribers are no longer included in the count.
