Bug Fixes:

1. Message window is now displayed properly on clicking Email/Message from the payment window.
2. Amount values are now aligned correctly in the Balance column under Transactions table.
3. Delegated-IPv6-Prefix-Pool custom attributes are now supported in the Network Authentication Settings under Packages settings.
4. The Save button in Subscriber Packages/Services view is now displayed properly for mobile.
5. Location ID field under Packages settings is now longer.
6. Adding or updating a card is now saving newly generated tokens consistently for subscribers of ISPs using Authorize.net merchant.
