Bug Fixes:
- Additional checkers are added to retry connecting with IPPay if payment errors are encountered.
- Selected filter on sending SMS now retrieves the list of subscribers accurately instead of displaying the “no email” error.
- Processing a payment in vPortal via PaydUp merchant now correctly displays the merchant’s response.
- Clicking on Payment Information now displays the page in vPortal for ISPs with Account/billing information hidden.
