Bug Fixes:

  1. The subscriber’s response to the ticket message now gets sent correctly, regardless of whether the auto-responder is turned on or off.
  2. Success message is now displayed on ticket creation.
  3. Phone number is now editable in the main table if inline editing is enabled.
  4. Unresponsive areas in the message template are now fixed.
  5. Metadata fields are now displayed in the equipment view for IRM-enabled ISPs.
