Minor Improvement:

1. Primary Coordinates column is now available in the Tickets and Schedule Reports.
2. Clicking on the Amount field in Post Payment now highlights all the numbers in the field.

Bug Fixes:

1. Default payment processor is now checked on processing payment during signup.
2. Custom items with thousand rate can now be added to BoM or susbcriber invoice.
3. Null error on generating invoice for specific settings is now resolved.
4. Missing Percentage Total radio button is now restored for Item Custom Tax settings.
