Minor Improvement:

1. ISP Timezone is now applied to the QBO Sync Date and QBO Modified Date columns of the QBO Synced Transaction Report.

Bug Fixes:

1. Selecting a subject for a custom template in the Email Subscriber dock now automatically fills the content area with the saved template message, similar to UBO.
2. Triggered emails should now be sent regardless of whether the customer has opted out of email notifications.
3. Ticket history log is now added when a ticket is resolved after adding a signature to the ticket.
4. An error message is now returned via API if the item instance to be deleted does not exist.
5. Avalara warning no longer appears when editing a closed invoice with Avalara tax, if the Avalara Extension is disabled.
