Bug Fixes:

1. Activating an independent email or alias service with the same username but a different domain no longer displays a duplicate error.
2. When customizing the rate for an upcoming invoice item with a quantity greater than 1, the package price will apply to all packages.
3. The error on adding items to a ticket Bill of Materials when a Bill-To parent is enabled for a subscriber is now fixed.
