Bug Fixes:

1. The Term End Date value in the preview panel is now retained or updated accordingly when the user makes changes to the Term Start Date.
2. Late fee processing is now executed before any payments are applied.
3. For ISPs using the PaydUp merchant, full payment reversals now reopen invoices associated with eChecks or credit cards. Balance amounts in the Transactions table are now updated for all reversal scenarios.
4. Changes to Metadata settings now only impact the associated equipment.
5. History logs have been added for the forced equipment data reset when metadata settings are changed.
