Bug Fixes:

1. Usage report now displays the correct usage for last month instead of just zero usage.
2. Email templates sent once to a subscriber are now stored under Subscriber Emails folder.
3. IRM Equipment MAC addresses are now displayed in main table as long as the metadata field name has MAC keyword.
4. The expected billing-related data are now getting added as expected after adding the package to the subscriber via signup and the billing is skipped.
