Bug Fixes:
- Generating new invoices now detects the correct term dates to sync with when billing packages that had billing cycle changes in the past and had their reversal-credit-memo removed.
- Non-recurring items are now generated together with the other items when applicable on generating new invoices.
- Services under a subscriber package are no longer duplicated when signing up for packages that are set not to generate an invoice.
