Bug Fixes:

1. PDF invoice alignment is no longer misplaced for ISPs with unchecked “Include a mini statement with Balance forward and Total Due.” option.
2. Viewing the Primary Contact of a subscriber no longer displays an error for subscribers with missing custom billing settings.
3. Clicking Reactivate for hotspot service in vPortal should no longer reactivate the hotspot if the subscriber still has a pending balance due.
4. Reactivating a hotspot now creates a current non-custom current invoice with a correct due date.
