Minor Improvement:

1. Address fields are now available for each card for ISPs using PaydUp with enabled AVS check.

Bug Fixes:

1. Default Terms and Conditions page is now available in vPortal if the ISP did not provide a URL for Terms of Service.
2. Amount column value of the percent-based items in the invoice is now recalculated correctly when the percent-based item and its base items’ Rate, Qty, and Tax are updated.
