Bug Fixes:

1. Percentage-based credit card processing fee is now displayed correctly in vPortal instead of displaying the amount as a flat rate.
2. Button text for users of suspended ISPs is now displayed correctly on the suspended error screen.
3. Updating an email template now requires saving before Send button can be clicked.
