Bug Fixes:

1. Email option is now available for payment receipts.
2. Ticket can now be added if Ticket Scheduling integration is disabled.
3. Shown/Hidden on PDFs behavior is now consistent.
4. Send to printhouse notification is now hidden if invoices were already sent to printhouse.
5. Adding a service or package to a subscriber now displays the package in the Subscriber Packages & Services list.
6. Deleting an invoice is now working as expected.
7. Adding and scheduling a ticket in Java UBO now displays in the Web UBO calendar.
8. Add New Item in Packages & Invoice view now displays the correct fields to allow adding a new item.
9. History log is now added when an invoice item is added to an upcoming invoice.
