Improvement:

1. When a user deletes a SERVICE instance and the ISP is set to automatically reverse charges, a reversal is now generated and automatically applied to the corresponding invoice/invoice item of the service.

Bug Fixes:

1. Adding a custom item to an existing or upcoming invoice now adds to the invoice instead of creating a new invoice.
2. “Cannot read property ‘item’ of undefined” error when moving service is now fixed.
