Bug Fixes:

1. The payment date of a newly posted payment is now displayed consistently with the date displayed upon posting the payment.
2. EFT and PayPal options are now moved from Credit Card type to payment method since both options are not Credit Card types. Both options will be displayed only if the they are enabled in the Merchant Account settings.
3. The character limit for IMSI field is now increased from 15 to 20 characters.
