- Report Builder initial version is now available with the following features: loading and running pre-defined custom reports and displaying them in the custom report table, multi-select functionality, and bulk assign tickets.
- Deleting a ticket now removes the deleted ticket in the Service Desk Kanban and List.
- Tickets can now be added for subscribers with unicode characters in their details.
- Adding of duplicate history log when scheduling a ticket is now fixed.
- Extra spaces are now restricted for the password field for Google Account and MarketBroadband credentials.
- Option to click Yes is now clickable when selecting “Delete the invoice item and the package” when removing a package charge.
