When there is a change in the workstation you are using such as changing from two monitors to one monitors, you might need to reset software settings to fix several issues you might be experiencing.
Here are a few steps that you can follow:

1. Open Notepad and paste the following text:

   Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

   [-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\clientone]
   [-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\com]

    

2. Save it as any file name with .reg at the end. [e.g. Clear UBO Settings.reg ]

   NOTE: Make sure that the Save as type is set to All Files.

    

3. Run the resulting REG file by clicking the file you just created.
4. Run the software and it would fix several issues that you may have been experiencing.
