It’s a pain when a subscriber’s payment rejects. You or your staff have to contact the subscriber and the financial institution while adjusting your books.

Activate IPPay’s Account Updater and 3 things happen when an ACH charge rejects:

  • An alert goes to the subscriber.
  • An alert goes to your billing staff about the chargeback.
  • The subscriber’s account updates and the payment reversed.

 VISP’s payment enforcement activates and blocks internet access until a payment is made.
