To upgrade to a new package, you need to add a new package first then move all active services to the new package. This ensures there is no service interruption to the subscriber.
- Select a subscriber and click the plus sign

under Packages / Services. - Select a package to add and click the
Add and Configure
button. - Now that the new package is added, you will expect the newly added package is under the Inactive Package.
- You will then go to the Active packages & services and select the existing package you want to move to the newly added package. Click the ellipsis, choose Move, and move it to the new package that you just created.
- Confirm the changes by clicking Yes on the pop-up window. The newly added packages will automatically be activated and the username and password will be moved to the new package as well.
- The old packages will automatically be inactive. All done.
